Correspondence respecting the proposed sale of the Machinery of the Mint at Hong Kong.

1.

Dear Sir,

18 London Street, City

20th May 1868.

We do not know how to advise you as to the disposal of the Hong Kong Mint,

we have very often enquiries, of which an exceedingly small percentage really came to business,

and all we can say is that we will bear the fact in mind that this machinery is in the market, supposing we have the opportunity to make an offer for any part of it.

Thomas Graham Esq.

We remain, Dear Sir,

Yours faithfully (S) James Watt 12/20

Master of the Mint

7 India
